1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 918kis website at https://918kis.onl along with all services, games, and features available on it.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is lawfully using the services of 918kis.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free spins, or other incentives granted by 918kis to members, subject to the stated terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process used to verify a member's identity.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the 918kis platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Resident in Malaysia or located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is legally permitted.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion or problem gambling protection program.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using this platform in a corporate capacity without written authorization from 918kis.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 918kis. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Members must provide their full name, phone number, email address, and any information required for the KYC process.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur.
• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

918kis supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including FPX Internet Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are only processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 hours depending on the chosen payment method.
• 918kis reserves the right to request additional document verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to other members or used for any purpose other than gaming on the 918kis platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

918kis offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as specified in each promotion's terms.

• The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 20 times the value of the bonus received.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Each promotion has its own expiry date; unused bonuses will automatically expire at the end of that period.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• 918kis reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated wins if fraud or promotion abuse is detected.
• Games eligible to contribute toward bonus wagering requirements will be specified in the terms of each promotion.

6 Game Rules

All games available at 918kis are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an accredited independent body. This ensures that every game outcome is fully random and free from any manipulation.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has been completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 918kis will resolve the issue based on valid server records.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the game interface.
• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing; 918kis is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Any attempt to use automation software, bots, or other unauthorized methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

7 Member Conduct

We expect all 918kis members to interact with the platform and fellow members in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 918kis platform:

• Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language in any communication channel.
• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability in the system.
• Transferring funds between members through unofficial channels to circumvent regulations.
• Any activity that can be categorized as money laundering.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical method to conceal your actual location and bypass geographical restrictions.
• Spreading false or misleading information about 918kis to others.

8 Privacy & Personal Data

918kis collects, processes, and stores members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data is collected to enable us to deliver better services and ensure platform security.

• Personal data collected includes name, phone number, email address, payment information, and records of activity on the platform.
• Member information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without the member's consent, except where required by law.
• 918kis uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between members' browsers and our servers.
• Members have the right to request access to their personal data or apply for correction of any inaccurate information.

9 Liability Limits

918kis provides its online gaming platform on an "as-is" basis. While we continually strive to keep the platform running smoothly and error-free, there are limits to the liability we can assume:

• 918kis is not liable for any financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• 918kis assumes no liability for service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, natural disasters, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control.
• 918kis's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 918kis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

10 Account Closure & Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 918kis support team. Before closure, members are advised to withdraw all eligible balances from their account.

• 918kis reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violations, or illegal activity.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee thereafter.
• Once an account is closed at the member's request, any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Members whose accounts are terminated due to a terms violation are not eligible to recover any balance associated with the relevant activity.

11 Responsible Gaming

918kis deeply values the well-being of our members. We believe gaming should remain a fun form of entertainment and never become a burden or addiction that negatively impacts your life.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion options are available for members who need a break from the platform.
• If you feel that gaming is starting to have a negative impact on your life, please contact our support team for assistance or further information about available support resources.
• 918kis does not permit individuals currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program to register or use the platform.

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law
